Shipping

How long will it take until I receive my item?

Please allow 4-7 weeks to receive your item(s) (unless Express Shipping is selected). All products are handmade with extreme attention to detail and take time to produce. 

When should I place my order?

It is best to order at least 3 months in advance to ensure enough time to receive you item(s)

I need it right away. Do you except rush orders

We do except rush orders for an additional $25.00 to be shipped within 7 days of purchase.

What if my package gets lost?

After an item has been shipped to you, its best to always check the tracking. Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We will not refund you or replace your item(s) if they have been lost, damaged or stolen during shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance during check out when selecting your shipping method.  

Returns

Do you except returns?

I'm sorry but do to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns at this time.

If we shipped you the wrong item please contact us and we will ship you the correct item.

What if my garter isn't the right size?

You may ship the garter back and we will gladly adjust the size for you. 

What if its not the right color?

If you are needing a specific color match please mail us a color sample to ensure a proper match.
